💌 Use your own email address in Workflow86
Need to send emails from a workflow using your own company email address? Well now you can with the release of the SMTP email feature.
The SMTP feature allows you to send emails from the Email component and Sequential Form component using your own email address instead of the default noreply@workflow86mail.com address.
You can configure SMTP to work with any email service provider, including Gmail, Outlook, and Office 365.
🚀 How to get started
To get started, you will need to set up an Email Credential (SMTP) in the Credential Store (also just recently released).

This will securely store your email details and password so it can be used to send emails on your behalf. Once this has been set up, simply go into the Email or Sequential Form component and select the Email Credential you have just set up. Emails (including reminder emails) will now be sent via your own email address. If something goes wrong and we can’t estblish a connection to your email server, we will still send an email from noreply@workflow86mail.com as the backup email address.
Note that this feature is currently available to Paid Plans because it requires access to the Credential Store (which is currently a premium feature).
